Fishing a big catch

With 14 years of operation behind them, Steve and Helen Long the owners of Viaduct Fishery decided to diversify and add the potential of tourism to their successful business. It is such a lovely setting down there with the lodges overlooking the lakes and the sun on the verandahs,' says Steve.

'When we visited the company's show home in Reading we were impressed by what we saw, and we decided to choose them for the project,' says Susan.
