Planning tips for smallholders - Norwegian Log to join experts at Country Smallholding magazine event at Royal Welsh Spring Festival
Norwegian Log’s Nick Forrester will be joining a panel of experts giving their advice to smallholders at a special event at this month’s Royal Welsh Spring Festival.
Organised by Country Smallholding magazine, the Speakers Corner event will see specialists talking about everything from polytunnel growing, bee keeping and shear-less sheep through to how to get started and go on to make an income from your land itself.
Nick will be taking the stage in the Smallholder Centre (South Glamorgan Exhibition Hall) at 2pm on Saturday 19 May to answer questions about planning. He will give practical tips on applying for planning permission and talk about real-life examples of how Norwegian Log has helped smallholders live on their land.
The Royal Welsh Spring Festival takes place at the Builth Wells showground on the weekend of the 19th and 20th May. A popular day out for many smallholders, it features an action-packed programme of more than 1,300 livestock and horses on display, a smallholder centre, hundreds of trade stands, children’s activities and an extensive food and drink quarter.
