As good condition today as the day it was built over 12 years ago

“It’s in as good condition today as the day it was built,” said Marlow osteopath David Reynolds.
Over 12 years ago David and his physiotherapist wife Alex took delivery of a light and airy Norwegian Log building for their Southview Clinic practice. The business and building are still going strong.
Tucked away behind their Edwardian home, the clinic offers a range of treatment services including Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Acupuncture. The building has two treatment rooms and a waiting room for clients. "The patients like it and are amazed by how spacious it feels," said David. "After 12 years they still comment on the fresh aroma of the wood."
The couple had been based in rented rooms in Marlow but knew there was enough space in their garden corner plot to build their own clinic with a separate entrance. Inspired by seeing Norwegian Log’s lodges at the nearby Harleyford Estate, they visited the firm’s show lodge in Reading. “We then looked at a few different types of log building but it was soon obvious that Norwegian Log were the Rolls Royce of log buildings.”
The ordering and build process was “superb”. “It went up very quickly and everything was seamless,” he said.
The move to their new accommodation transformed their lives and business cutting down on travel time and providing a more spacious and peaceful environment for clients. “It’s warm in winter and very cost effective to heat, and cool in the summer, so absolutely ideal for what we need,” added David.
