Our expert team of planners, builders and installers have developed this package to give you a home ready for occupation, within just weeks from ordering. All aspects of planning, design and installation including kitchen, bathroom, lighting, electrical supply and plumbing are taken care of.
When you walk through the bi-fold doors of the Melrose Annex, you'll be greeted by a spacious open plan lounge area with a fully fitted kitchenette complete with hob, oven, extractor fan, sink, and worktops, as well as plenty of cupboards and drawers for all your kitchen supplies. Aside from a fully set up kitchen space, this living space can also house a generously sized dining table, whilst still allowing for a 3-seater-sofa, coffee table, and TV unit. The layout gives you ample capacity for entertaining guests, or the choice of having a quiet night in.
Moving down the hallway, you'll find a stylish shower room, equipped with an easy-access walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
