No Planning Permission Required
Annexes are usually exempt from planning permission due to the Caravan Act. We do recommend that we obtain a Lawful Development Certificate from your Council - we will even handle this process on your behalf.

Our annexes are spacious and fully adaptable to suit any garden size, or any personal requirements. Options include assisted living and safety features, including mobility support and monitoring systems.
