With its Contemporary glass-fronted design, the Oslo Granny Annex has a spacious and open feel and is the larger one-bedroom in our range. This modern design includes a decking that wraps around the front and side of the Annex. Once inside, you'll first step into the open plan living/dining room and kitchenette. The kitchen comes complete with hob, oven, extractor fan, sink, and worktops, with multiple cupboards and drawers for all your kitchen supplies. There is also ample room for a generously sized dining table, two-seater sofa, coffee table, and TV unit. This welcoming space is perfect for testing your culinary skills, entertaining guests or having a quiet night in with loved ones.

Moving through the lounge/kitchen area, you'll come to the large shower room complete with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, allowing for any relative residing within the annex to have fully contained independent living. Next to the shower room, you'll find the double bedroom, which has space for a 4ft 6in double or queen bed, wardrobe and bedside table, ensuring a cosy nights' sleep.

Opposite the bedroom, you'll find the utility area where the boiler is kept, with enough space for a washer and a dryer.

All of the rooms within this 44m² annex include natural and luxurious wooden flooring and are fully insulated.
