At Norwegian Log we understand that no two projects are the same. Each of our customers has a unique set of needs and wants when they’re looking to add an annexe into their garden. We want your annexe to feel like a home, providing you with privacy and the security of your family close by. That’s why our log homes can be customised to be bespoke to you and your family.

Our brochures are there to provide inspiration for your project, but you are never restricted by the designs in them. For example, you might like the floorplan of the Kelso, but if you wanted more space we may suggest the Lomond with alterations to make it a spacious 1-bedroom home. There’s no additional charge for bespoke designs so we’re able to adjust each of our homes to fit your garden and lifestyle. Whether that’s enlarging the master bedroom or placing the windows and doors to optimal light positions.

All of the windows and doors used in our log buildings are manufactured using sustainable timber that boasts a low maintenance finish. The timber is in keeping with our solid timber designs. Every window and door in your project will be manufactured to order to allow for a bespoke design for every customer. Our team of designers will work with you closely to ensure you get the best possible option for your log home and garden.

We know that the interior of your log home is even more important than the exterior, especially when you are having friends or family stay for long periods of time. That’s why we offer the choice of two internal finishes. An internal log finish provides a traditional, cosy feel that’s wipe clean for easy maintenance. For a more contemporary look we offer a plasterboard finish that can be decorated to suit.

You’ll also get to choose from a huge selection of luxurious flooring options. When it’s convenient for you we’ll send over a trusted floor fitted who will talk you through your options and provide advice on colours and textures. We believe that your log home should be just as comfortable, if not more, than your home. Which is why we don’t restrict your interior design.

We offer a fully fitted service for each of our homes, allowing you to move in immediately after installation. This includes a bespoke, high quality kitchen, utility and bathrooms and premium flooring, as well as WIFI controlled heating, mains pressure hot water, and the plumbing and electrical systems. With this service you won’t need to wait for fitters as once we start a project, we’re there until completion and run on efficient timelines.

Our fully fitted service takes care of every aspect of your log home project. Including the design and installation of your kitchen. Often considered the heart of the home, it’s important to us that our customers have the complete say on their kitchen design. Every single kitchen installed in our homes are made completely bespoke. You’ll work with our trusted kitchen designers to select the perfect cupboards, counters and appliances for you and your family. As we previously mentioned, we’re able to change your floorplan to suit your needs. For some customers this means having a larger kitchen and dining room for hosting friends and family year-round.
